When is the next event?

We are not planning to host an event in 2024. We will announce any plans for a 2025 event in the fall of 2024.

Is the event a fundraiser?

Yes! For past event, 100% of the profit was donated to the student Supply Chain Management Club at UW Bothell and the Drones for Health program by VillageReach.

VillageReach is a pioneer in developing and managing drone delivery programs for healthcare products in Africa. The Drones for Health program will improve access to vaccines, medicines, and lab testing for 700,000 people in remote Malawi and Mozambique.

What is your refund policy?

If an event of ours is canceled due to public health concerns or other circumstances, a full refund will be provided. Requests for a refund for other reasons will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
